We are pleased to announce that Karen Stehr has been named amongst the finalists for the coveted 2021 REIQ Property Manager of the Year Award. Karen was able to demonstrate her worthiness for the accolade by demonstrating how she has navigated her way through the last financial year as a sole operator being faced with one of the most challenging real estate markets in quite some time. With limitations around face-to-face contact and unprecedented demand levels for rental properties, Karen was able to pivot her business to maintain safety for herself and clients, while ensuring that fairness and equity remained a focus for her business operations.
